Consider having a fruit and vegetable display at your wedding or event. They can be used at your cocktail hour and your vegetarian guests will love you.
As a chef, I love fruit and vegetable displays for three reasons.
- They’re so much easier than any other part of catering.
- They’re can be very cost effective, if done correctly.
- They’re absolutely beautiful! Fruits and vegetables come in a variety of colors and can provide the eye candy everyone loves.
